The NMCB studies ME/CVS and other PAIS like post-COVID and persistant complaints after treatment of Lyme’s disease. Patients and healthy adults can sign up via this webpage. Your participation can help us learn more about the causes of ME/CFS nd other PAIS such as post-COVID and persistet complaints after treatment of Lyme’s disease, and how to treat these illnesses.

June 2024
We will test all the procedures with healthy participants to prepare the research.

Early 2025
We start homevisits of seriously ill ME/CFS and post-COVID patiënts in the Asterdam area that are completely home- and/or bedbound.

Summer and autumn 2024
We start recruitment of mild and moderately severe ME/CVS en post-COVID patiënten die binnen 50 km van het Amsterdam UMC wonen.

Remaining of 2025
We will start recruiting patients in the rest of the country.

We will start recruiting mild and moderate ME/CFS and post-COVID patients who live within 50 km from the Amsterdam UMC.

Early 2025
We will start home visits of severe ME/CFS and post-COVID patients close to Amsterdam, who are completely house- or bedbound.

We will recruit patients in the rest of the country.
